Brevity, simplicity and focus.

These were the words uttered by one of the judges during the final screening for the RCMB-NCR Regional Search for Outstanding LMC and GM Best Practices held June 26, 2015 at the VA Lounge, RCMB-NCR, Intramuros, Manila.

Mr. Roberto Policarpio, panel member, representing People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP), advised the participating companies to showcase their LMCs and GM Best Practices in the simplest way possible.

The other panel members agreed and added that the presentations should be focused on the programs of their LMCs, how it is effectively done and how does it affect the productivity of the company and welfare of the employees.

“LMC should be about employee engagement and employeeempowerment. You should be able to show how satisfied the employees are because your LMC is effective”, said Ms. Jackilyn Borja, representative of the Regional Coordinating Council.
