Thus said RCMB-NCR Director Estrella B. Rosal as she talked about alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in the URC HR practitioners’ forum held at the 45/F Board Room, Robinsons Equitable Tower, Ortigas Center, Pasig City on 26 November 2015.

The forum, which has the topic “Sustaining Industrial Peace”, drew 59 participants from the 16 JG Summit companies.

The participating HRs came from the different companies here and abroad.

They came to the forum not just to meet their fellow HRs but to discuss ideas and to benchmark best HR practices and other programs of the DOLE such as the Single Entry Approach (SENA), Labor Law Compliance System (LLCS).

Rosal discussed the government perspective in preventing or resolving labor disputes. She added that LMC and GM are two (2) of the pro-active approaches that deal with labor problems.
