City of Manila —Through SENA, an employee returned to work after the parties reached a compromise agreement recently, Director Feliciano R. Orihuela, Jr. said.
Filer, a resident of Caloocan City, informed this Office that she was reinstated by her employer sometime April 2019.
Conmed Ravelo who facilitated the settlement said that filer sought assistance last April 5 for floating status, premium payments of SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig and 13th month pay. She pleads for issuance of COE and separation pay.
According to Conmed Ravelo, filer was on her 10 months of employment as pharmacist at Mighty Milky Incorporated, the (The Generics Pharmacy franchise holder), when she is placed on floating status which totally caused her to worry.
“The management had agreed to reinstate her; and, assigned her to the Sta Ana, Mandaluyong Branch”, Ravelo said.
Among others, they also paid her salaries and shall process her SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig to keep her records updated.
Director Orihuela commended Conmed Ravelo for the immediate settlement of the request for assistance.
Mighty Milky Incorporated is a drugstore. It is located at # 24 F. Carlos St., Baesa, Quezon City. It has total employment of more or less 20 employees.
